Instead of having "No groups found" on the group finder page, add a loading skeleton to be displayed while the data loads

Acceptance Criteria

Loading skeletons representing the study groups are displayed on the group finder page while data loads
Skeletons are correctly viewable on mobile devices as well as large screens
