What

New /committees page � hero + expandable cards for all 7 committees. Content pulled from committees.scottylabs.org (hero/config) and the 2026-27 O-week brochure (brochure.scottylabs.org) for per-committee blurbs. Data lives in app/data/committees.ts.
Committees nav link added to the shared header (appears on every page) and /committees route registered under the shared layout.
Shared PageHeader component (app/sections/common/PageHeader.tsx) � the committees header generalized (title, mono tag chip, subtitle, description, action buttons, note, optional aside). Rolled out to:
- Projects � keeps the animated logo art as the aside; adds a GitHub button + open-source note.
- Team � description with an inline underlined link to Over the Years; drops the old standalone button and the redundant bottom-of-page link.
- Sponsors � plain description, sponsorship-packet button, contact email in the note.
- Over the Years � adds the header, hides external article links (carousels only), replaces deep inline styles with a CSS module.
Card-click fix: committee card button fills the whole card so clicks land anywhere in a grid row even when a sibling is expanded.

Notes

tsc clean; lint clean on all new/changed files (one non-blocking fast-refresh warning on the meta export, same as root.tsx).
Deleted now-unused sections/history/article.tsx and routes/sponsors.module.css.
