Overall Objective

Finish the survey-based Home recommendations started in PR #86.

This issue begins after the gender-eligibility filter issue is complete. Continue from the same feat/home-page-recommendations branch.

The completed Home page should first remove ineligible buildings and then rank the remaining buildings using the student’s softer preferences.

Suggested Approach

Update the Home recommendation flow so it...
a) Loads the student’s saved survey answers.
b) Starts with the complete building list.
c) Applies the new eligibility filter.
d) Ranks the remaining buildings with rankBuildings().
e) Displays the first five results.
Remove the old logic that gives an exact gender-housing
match one point.
Add missing choices and/or remove choices that don't exist
associated to building data right now.
