Adds my git.cmu.dev username, jyuan4, to the ScottyLabs AI team members list for SLAI onboarding.

Validation: TOML parses successfully; only my membership entry changes. The commit is GPG-signed and its signature was verified locally.

Required Keycloak account linking is complete. Ready for team review.
