Passed locationFilterQuery to SelectLocation, compared to default state values and added an icon-div--active css class with border, tinted background, and filled icon
- Kept a constant 2px border so the icon no longer resizes when a filter is active
-Removed icon fill
- Use --hover-accent-color for the active tint and drop the filled icon
- Let the hover state reuse the base transition (inherit)
