Summary

Replace the custom agent loop with a LangGraph StateGraph.
Add graph nodes for model responses, MCP tool execution, post-processing, and streaming.
Separate prompts, tool loading, response guards, and deterministic CMU Maps logic into dedicated modules.
Load CMU building names, codes, and aliases from buildings.json.
Improve location matching, direction generation, and false map-failure handling.
Update dependencies, tests, and API integration for the new architecture.

Why

This makes the agent workflow easier to maintain and extend while improving CMU Maps coverage and producing more reliable location and routing responses.
