Add a feature allowing students to build recurring study groups (need to build backend + frontend). Deliminate reaccuring study groups in a compact, user-friendly manner.

Testing Criteria:

Create/Join a reaccuring study groups in Light/Dark Mode
Ensure design properly displays in both Group Finder and My Groups tabs
View design with laptop, monitor, tablet, and phone dimensions
Ensure information relating to recurring study groups is being properly stored in database
