On the profile page, ensure that the "Account Details" block is above the "My Courses" and "Blocked Users" sections.

Acceptance Criteria

• "Account Details" block is directly under the user name and email bar, and above "My Courses" and "Blocked Users"
• The order remains on mobile devices, with all content being easily readable (no horizontal scrolling to view content)
