Create a settings page with separate tabs for profile details (year, major), courses, calendar, blocking, notifications, etc.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • One settings button (replace the profile page) to get to the main settings page
  • Page has tabs for minimally profile details, courses, blocking
  • Calendar and notifications settings too be added after those features are implemented
