Testing Criteria:

Test with 1 participant (should still immediately allow edits without a proposal) and multiple group sizes greater than 1.
If all participants agree, the group itself is modified, all Google calendar events are modified, and a notification is sent
If x participants decline, the group is not modified (discuss and define x with team prior to implementation)
If a participant does not respond to the accept/decline, x should happen (discuss and define x with team prior to implementation)

Group participants should be able to propose an edit to a group that has more than 1 person in it (e.g. propose a new time or location). That should automatically email other participants who can accept or decline the change. If all participants approve the change, it is changed in the database, in the google calendar events, and an email is sent to all participants announcing the change. Depends on the notification service.
