Updating Terrier's Kennel pin from c43e90a to e38932b breaks devenv build shell:

The option `git-hooks.hooks.gitleaks.entry' was accessed
but has no value defined.

Kennel now sets gitleaks.enable = true without defining entry. Terrier's unchanged git-hooks.nix pin (a0e4241) doesn't have a built-in Gitleaks hook, so shell evaluation fails.

@kritdass is this still an issue after the renovate PR merged? ScottyLabs/terrier#28

kennel updates should be automatically updating pins so issues like this don't occur
