For example, running devenv up on dalmatian also runs treefmt, which is not intended:

2026-09-22: Shell entry no longer runs test setup tasks

  devenv shell no longer runs devenv:enterTest or tasks attached to it,
  such as devenv:git-hooks:run. devenv test still runs shell setup first.

  Tasks can set wantedBy to choose which tasks select them, like systemd.
  For example, wantedBy = [ "devenv:processes:db" ]; runs a setup task
  whenever the db process starts, including under devenv up.

check if this fixed it (from devenv changelog)
