Overall Objective

Implement the Building Comparisons Page. For the sake of simplicity, I've split this across two separate sub-issues or tasks. This should be done in this order.

Create the building details comparison component. You'll have to make this a reusable component that can be used.
Create the UI of this page. Using the building details comparison component implement the basic UI of the page as mapped out by the Figma.
