CMU Housing logo has no left padding #87

On every page that has the CMU Housing logo, the left padding is missing. The goal of this issue is to correct the padding so that the logo is centered(so that there is left padding). The left padding and right padding should be the same size.

Suggested Approach

The associated link in the objective will redirect to the line that needs to be changed. Please adjust the spacing appropriately, based on overall objective goals(left and right padding are equal).
