Overall Objective

Currently, on the all buildings page the see more button doesn't do anything. This issue adds functionality to this button and allows the button to show a popup like the building details component that shows all the buildings in the category.

Suggested Approach

Based on how or whether or not the filter has been implemented: Either have it display all the dorms or just import the appropriate filters for each see more.
