Overall Objective

We need a way for users to input ratings for their dorm. This issue involves making a front end to collect ratings. You will need to modify the building details page, and create a new page to handle imputing ratings. Looking at the preferences survey UI will be very helpful, as we want to keep a unified design style.

Add a button to the building details page that says "Write a Review" and link it to the rating survey
Create a new page to display the rating survey, and add it to routes.ts as /rating
Create the survey following the same style as the preferences survey
We need to collect the following data

what dorm is being reviewed
when did the student live in that dorm
rating for amenities
rating for atmosphere
rating for dorm quality
overall rating

Suggested Approach

open housing/apps/frontend/src/reviews/page.tsx
using the survey in housing/apps/front/src/survey, look at and reuse components, it should only need to be one page, but if it's long enough we can make it multiple
use the DropdownButton, and Slider components to collect the data
you don't need to push the data to the backend yet, that can be a seperate issue, but if you want to integrate it you can
