posthog_hog_function treats description as Optional but not Computed, then reads the template's description back after create, so applying a template-based function without one fails with "Provider produced inconsistent result after apply" (github.com/PostHog/terraform-provider-posthog@2551103/internal/resource/hog_function.go (L310))

As a workaround, generators/posthog.rs sets description to the User Agent Populator template's text verbatim
