Write a giveaway command! Allow administrators to run the command to set an embed with a button to join the giveaway. Allow the administrator to enter a time limit and details of the giveaway to display in the embed. Users should be able to click the button to enter the giveaway being added to a list of some sort before Dalmatian should randomly pick a entered user.
