Closes #193

This adds the following commands:

  • /mycourses list
  • /mycourses fce
  • /mycourses add <courses...>
  • /mycourses remove <courses...>
  • /mycourses clear

Much of the /fce command was moved into a common handler for /mycourses fce to share

Also, this wasn't mentioned in the issue, but TurtleBot has ?students, should this PR also include that command?

Good idea, let's add that in a separate PR

Maybe with a different command name too? I'm not quite sure about /students, but we can discuss
