/instructor <NAME>

Show all courses the instructor has taught and in which semesters
Show FCEs for each course
Show aggregate FCEs over all those courses
Link to the corresponding CMUCourses pages
Fuzzy search NAME (first name, last name, both, etc)
(optional: can be added later) Autocomplete
