What's wrong
Explore's search box checks event.description, but GET /api/events/ does not return descriptions, so only titles and locations ever match.

How to reproduce

Find an event whose description contains a word that is not in its title or location.
Search that word on /explore: the event is not found.

Expected
Searching matches titles, locations and descriptions.

Where to look

web/src/app/components/SearchResultSidebar.tsx: the client-side search in the filteredEvents memo.
api/app/api/events.py: get_all_events selects specific columns and leaves out description.

Done when

Either the list endpoint returns description (mind the payload size, see the events-list pagination issue) or search moves to the server
A search for a description-only word finds the event

Coordinate with "Paginate the events list endpoint" and "Explore shows no events by default", which change the same endpoint.
