Goal
Clubs posting their own events is how CMUCal becomes the place for campus life. A few pilot clubs will show us what managers actually need.

Current state

Orgs can only be created by site admins (/api/organizations/create_org, @site_admin_required). bulk_create_admins adds managers by email (roles admin / manager).
Managers use web/src/app/components/ManagerDashboard.tsx (/manager) to manage admins, categories and calendar sources.
Adding an iCal link calls /api/events/read_gcal_link, which imports the feed once in a background thread (api/app/services/ical.py).
sync_ical_source in ical.py has no callers, so a club's feed is never re-synced after the first import. Events they add later will not appear.

Scope

Pick 3-5 clubs with active public Google Calendars; get a contact at each.
Create their orgs and add their managers (site admin).
Sit with each manager while they add their iCal link; note every point of confusion.
Write a short how-to (docs/managers.md): request access, add a calendar, check the import, fix wrong events.
Get re-syncing working before the pilot goes live (a "Sync now" button calling sync_ical_source, or the weekly job from the automated scraping issue).
Collect feedback and file issues for it.

Done when

At least 3 clubs have managers and imported calendars on prod.
The how-to doc is merged and a feedback summary is posted here.

Club orgs match by name, so use the club's TartanConnect name so later TartanConnect imports merge into the same org.
