What's wrong
Any event on the calendar can be dragged to a new time or resized, and it looks moved, but nothing is saved. After a reload it is back where it was, so users may think they rescheduled something.

How to reproduce

Sign in and open Home in Week view.
Drag an event to another time, or drag its bottom edge to resize it.
Reload the page: the event is back at its original time.

Expected
Events cannot be dragged or resized. (Saving drag changes is out of scope; events are edited through the Edit form.)

Where to look

web/src/app/components/Calendar.tsx: editable={true} and selectable={true} are set, but there are no eventDrop, eventResize or select handlers. Set editable={false} and remove selectable, which only highlights a time range and does nothing else.
The same component is used on Home and on Explore.

Done when

Events cannot be dragged or resized in any view, on Home or Explore.
Clicking an event still opens its details.
