cal.scottylabs.org has served an empty 200 since web moved to cmucal.com. Kennel has no redirect route, so this adds a small static site on the old domain that forwards every path (with query and fragment) to cmucal.com. The web and api services are unchanged.

fix: redirect cal.scottylabs.org to cmucal.com ... da4a919288

Moving web to cmucal.com dropped kennel's Caddy route for the old domain,
since kennel routes one customDomain per deployment. The Cloudflare record
still points at the tunnel, so Caddy answers every request there with an
empty 200.

Kennel has no redirect route type, so serve a one-page static site on the
old domain in spa mode. Every path gets the same page, which forwards to
cmucal.com with the path, query and fragment preserved, and falls back to a
meta refresh to the root without JavaScript.
