What's wrong
The event popover and mobile modal show only the partial data they were opened with. They never fetch the full event, so user_is_admin is never set (org admins never see the Edit button), "Hosted by" never shows, and Explore details have no description.

How to reproduce

As an admin of an org, click one of its events on the calendar or in Explore.
No Edit button appears, and there is no "Hosted by" line.

Expected
Opening an event's details fetches GET /api/events/<id> and shows the description, the host org, and Edit for its admins.

Where to look

web/src/app/components/EventPopover.tsx: reads eventDetails.user_is_admin and eventDetails.org but never fetches.
web/src/app/components/ModalEvent.tsx: skips the fetch when it was given data already.
web/src/app/components/Calendar.tsx and SearchResultSidebar.tsx: pass partial event objects when opening details.
api/app/api/events.py: GET /<int:event_id> returns the full event with org, user_is_admin and user_saved.

Done when

Both details views fetch the full event on open (show the partial data while it loads)
Admins of the event's org see Edit; others do not
