Objective

Add links to the organizations in the footer:
ScottyLabs -> https://scottylabs.org/
Undergraduate Student Senate -> https://www.cmu.edu/stugov/senate/

These obviously aren't physically clickable in the bus sign display, but on the website https://bus-sign.scottylabs.org you should be able to click on them.

This isn't meant to be a particularly challenging task; it's just something for you to practice committing and making pull requests. If you are already fluent with git, please let someone else take this!
